LHA welcomes Longevity Group Australia as a Corporate Supporter

19 Oct 2017

Longevity Group Australia have been creating products and services that improve people’s financial options and lifestyle for over 128 years. They were established way back in 1888 to look after the needs of tramways workers and their families by providing sickness and funeral benefits.

In the intervening years, the organisation expanded to offer services across the broader transport sector. In 2014, the organisation demutualised and its former members became shareholders.

Today, as their retirement village and serviced apartments thrive, and as they expand into the burgeoning longevity property sector, the’re as committed as ever to continuing their tradition of providing high quality and tailored lifestyle solutions.

Longevity Group’s expansion into the burgeoning longevity property sector, sees them continuing that proud tradition by developing quality homes that will enable empty nesters to live independently for longer than they ever imagined.

Underpinning the aesthetic beauty of Longevity Group homes are functional design features and services that cater for the changing needs of the owners as they age.

As a principle, they incorporate the elements of the Livable Housing Design Guidelines which help create safer, more comfortable and accessible homes for people at all stages of life. They also help avoid costly, unattractive and impractical retrofitting.

LHA are proud to partner with Longevity Group Australia to deliver LHA Design properties for all Australians.
